1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using JEE2U, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use JEE2U.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use JEE2U. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or above and are preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).

If you are under 18, you may not use JEE2U without verifiable parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to violate this requirement.

3. The service

JEE2U is an AI-powered mentoring chatbot designed to assist JEE aspirants with study strategy, motivation, and academic guidance. The AI is modelled on an educational mentor persona and uses large language models (Google Gemini, Groq) to generate responses.

JEE2U is not a licensed tutor, academic institution, or mental health provider. Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors. Always verify important information with a qualified teacher or counsellor.

4. No guarantees

We make no representations or warranties that use of JEE2U will improve your JEE rank or result in selection to any IIT or NIT. Academic outcomes depend entirely on your own effort and preparation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use JEE2U only for personal JEE preparation. You must not:

• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable Indian law
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding of JEE2U — including the interface, the Jeetu Bhaiya mentor persona, and AI-generated responses delivered through the platform — are owned by or licensed to JEE2U. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the service without written permission.

Your chat messages remain your own content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your messages solely to generate AI responses as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of JEE2U is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully — it explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under India's DPDPA 2023.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JEE2U and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, academic outcomes, or any reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is zero).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of JEE2U after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
