Refund Policy
In short: JEE2U currently does not offer refunds on mentorship packs or AI access. A detailed refund policy will be published on this page. For any billing question, reach out and we will help.
1. Current policy
All payments for JEE2U mentorship calls and JEE2U AI access are, at present, non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. We are a small, early-stage service and this policy may be updated as we grow.
2. Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once for the same booking, or a payment was deducted but your booking did not confirm, email us with your payment reference and we will investigate and return any incorrect charge.
3. Questions
If something went wrong with your payment or booking, we would rather sort it out than leave you stuck. Write to us and we will respond as soon as we can.
